About Our
Integrity Automotive Family

Bob and Linda Waeiss

The advantage of owning and operating a family-run business is the intent behind the work.  From past experience, it has been difficult to hire a full team that operates as if this business was their business.  That type of work ethic is difficult to come by and we hope to build a team that 'treats others as they would like to be treated'.  Having family run the core of our operations has very much revitalized the business.  There is true intention behind our processes and having family in our key staffing positions create and streamline those processes has in turn motivated the IA team as a whole.  Because we work with goal-oriented intentions it motivates our team all around.  This 'family' business isn't simply for the Waeiss family to benefit, it is for the Integrity Automotive family benefit.

Randy Badger

Randy met his wife Dawn while serving in the US Army.  They have been married since November 1983, have 4 children and 2 grandchildren.  He spent 12 years on active duty as a HAWK Missile System Technician.  Following his military service, Randy went to work as an auto mechanic for Goodyear on the south side of Indy. Randy met Bob, the owner, during an evening of training, and both agreed that Integrity was the place for him.  Randy is an ASE Master Certified Technician with Level 1-Advanced Driveability.  He has also earned an Associates Degree of Applied Sciences from Ivy Tech Community College.  Add his many years of automotive repair with 12 years of radar and computer repair and you get one awesome automotive repair technician. Whether its fixing a car or a place to stay, Randy and Dawn are a great example to us all by taking care of family,
extended family and beyond.

Nate Hershey

Nate Hershey graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelors degree in communication and philosophy.  After several jobs (international christian missions, real estate, young adult pastoral work, and mentoring with at-risk youth), he decided to pursue a life-long passion of using his hands doing practical work.  He went back to school and graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in automotive repair and technology.  Since Lincoln Tech, he worked for 2 1/2 years at Ed Martin Nissan and is ASE Certified in Steering and Suspension.  Currently he really enjoys working at Integrity!

Nate and his wife Megan were married in May of 2008–after being close friends for over 10 years…!  They bought a home in Meridian Kessler built in the 1920’s with
lots of charm, and all the TLC that comes with it.
Megan works as a social worker with Outreach Inc. helping homeless and runaway youth.
They enjoy music, the outdoors, laughter, excellent food (sushi and thai!), and anything that helps to re-create the world as God intended it to be...
