The Integrity Team
The advantage of owning and operating a family-run business is the intent behind the work. From past experience, it has been difficult to hire a full team that operates as if this business was their business. That type of work ethic is difficult to come by and we hope to build a team that “treats others as they would like to be treated”. Having family members run the core of our operations has very much revitalized the business. There is true intention behind our processes and having family in our key staffing positions create and streamline those processes has in turn motivated the IA team as a whole. Because we work with goal-oriented intentions, it motivates our team. This “family business” isn’t simply for the Waeiss family to benefit, it is for the Integrity Automotive Family to benefit.
IA Family Members
Randy met is wife Dawn while serving in the US Army. He spent 12 years on active duty as a HAWK Missile System Technician. After leaving the military, Randy went to work as an auto mechanic for Goodyear. He met the Integrity owners during an evening of training and decided to come to work for Integrity Automotive. Randy is an ASE Master Certified Automobile Technician with the Advanced Driveability Identifier. He has also earned his Associates Degree of Applied Science from Ivy Tech Community College. Add his 16 years of automotive repair with his 12 years of radar and computer repair and you get one awesome automotive repair technician. Randy and Dawn have been married for over 25 years and they have 4 children. Randy Jr. is serving proudly in the U.S. Air Force, Nicole is at Ivy Tech pursuing a degree in dental hygiene, Amanda is at Bethel College trying to become an elementary teacher, and Megan is about to graduate John Strange Elementary and move on to Eastwood Middle School. Recently, Randy and Dawn found out that their daughter-in-law, Jenn, is going to have their first grandchild. Randy’s hobbies are trying to keep his wife happy and doing homework with his girls.
Please help us welcome the newest addition to the Badger Family, baby Trey! Weighing in at 7lbs. 5 oz, we are all very excited about this healthy baby boy! Congrats Grandpa Randy!
Nate Hershey joined the IA team this past winter. He graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with a Bachelors degree in communication and philosophy. After several jobs (international christian missions, real estate, young adult pastoral work, and mentoring with at-risk youth), he decided to pursue a life-long passion of using his hands doing practical work. He went back to school and graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute with a degree in automotive repair and technology. Since Lincoln Tech, he worked for 2 1/2 years at Ed Martin Nissan and is ASE Certified in Steering and Suspension. Currently he really enjoys working at Integrity!
Nate and his wife Megan were recently married in May of 2008–after being close friends for over 10 years…! They bought a home in Meridian Kessler built in the 1920’s with lots of charm, and all the TLC that comes with it. Megan works as a social worker with Outreach Inc. helping homeless and runaway youth.
They enjoy music, the outdoors, laughter, excellent food (sushi and thai!), and anything that helps to re-create the world as God intended it to be…
