My husband was able to get the battery quick charged, and, since I had to go to work…..I needed to find someone to check the battery lickity split. I had driven by Integrity many times but had never used them, but I needed help and I needed it fast - and took a chance they could help me.

Nada in the office was great - she was quick, efficient and very helpful, and J.R. figured out the problem and got the new battery in - all this in about 30 minutes.”

“When I called to set an appointment, I was initially asked some qualifying questions to eliminate things I could fix or check myself. When those proved to not be the issue they made an appointment for me immediately. The work was done on time and within the estimate they gave me. I couldn’t pick up the car until after their closing hours so I asked to pay via phone and pick the car up on the lot, which is what we did. Their customer service and care is excellent. The kind that we all USED to get and don’t see often anymore.”
